In our warehouse in Kent, authorised as a Border Control Post (BCP), inspections required by UK regulations can be performed without moving the goods to other control points. In the case of official checks (e.g. sanitary or phytosanitary), goods are directed to UK government-approved BCPs, such as Sevington.
Even when inspections do not take place in our warehouse, we closely follow the entire process: we work with our customs partner to ensure correct documentation management and to minimise any delays. Our team remains available to support clients in the event of requests or holds by the authorities.

Fresh Ways Logistics Ltd coordinates all activities and works with our partner EORI, specialised in customs procedures for the United Kingdom.

In the event of checks or additional requests from UK customs authorities, the case is handled by our partner EORI, with the support of the customs office in Italy.
